Every now and again I meet a bride that shares my love of “over-the-top” glamour and elegance. I, for one, believe that if you’re getting married, being extra brings no shame. It’s YOUR time to shine and celebrate! Well, enter Christine and John. These two decided to go all out for their Airlie engagement session, and I couldn’t be more obsessed with the photos.
I met Christine and her mom at the Alexandria Wedding Showcase back in April. They were on the hunt for a photographer who could execute Christine’s vision for a fairytale experience. I can honestly say these two make “fairytale” look so effortless. As a result, we had some real Cinderella moments at Airlie, which is also where they’ll say “I Do” next April.
Most of all, I watched their sweet, serene connection with awe. There was some Saintly patience inside of John, as Christine and I went wild with trying different dress fluffs and poses. And Christine is a true princess in his eyes (and mine!) It was an honor to capture their love and help them celebrate this special season of their lives together.
As you view this darling Airlie engagement session, I hope you feel as inspired as much as I was!
